Psycho - Social Rehabilitation PSR Day Program
Out Patient Therapy (OPT)
Out Patient Therapy often referred to as OPT is were a counselor will work with an individual by themselves, in a group setting or in a family session. OPT can occur in our offices or wherever you feel the most comfortable talking about your problems.

We provide a variety of services including:
Psycho-Social Rehabilitation or PSR provides a formally organized, goal oriented, curriculum based program of daily activities directed toward assisting Individuals with a mental illness or emotional disturbance to function at their highest level of independence in their community.
The ClubHouse Evening PSR Program
(Mon - Thursday 130PM - 700PM)
Infinite Beginnings has implemented an early evening curriculum - based program geared at Adults 18-29 years of age, who are at school, work during the day, or are not early risers but need additional support in the evening times to maintain their safety and mental wellness.
Peer Support Services
Peer Support services are structured and scheduled activities for adults age 18 and older with MH/SA disability. Peer Supports are provided by Peer Support Staff. Peer Support service is an individualized, recovery focused approach that promotes the development of wellness self-management, personal recovery, natural supports, coping skills, and self-advocacy skills and development of independent living skills for housing, employment and full community inclusion.
Individual Support Services
Individual Support is a “hands-on” service for persons with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness
(SPMI). The intent of the service is to teach and assist individuals in carrying out Instrumental
Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as preparing meals, managing medicines, grocery shopping and managing money, so they can live independently in the community. The goal is that the need for this service will fade or decrease over time as the individual becomes capable of performing some of
these activities more independently.
*Individual must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a mental disorder as primary diagnosis
* Individual's with dual diagnosis accepted
Hope House ( Age 18 and up): 730am - 130pm
Club House ( Age 18-29): 130pm - 700pm
Peer Support / Individual Support / OPT : Client Specific
Insurance company will be contacted for prior approval of services (Medicaid), sliding scale, and private payment.
