Psycho - Social Rehabilitation Day Program

Out Patient Therapy often referred to as OPT is were a counselor will work with an individual by themselves, in a group setting or in a family session. OPT can occur in our offices or wherever you feel the most comfortable talking about your problems.

We accept Medicaid, private insurance or private- pay.
At Infinite Beginnings, LLC, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

We provide a variety of services including:
Psycho-Social Rehabilitation or PSR provides a formally organized, goal oriented, curriculum based program of daily activities directed toward assisting Individuals with a mental illness or emotional disturbance to function at their highest level of independence in their community.

Program Philosophy

PSR is a recovery  model for mental illness. This model suggests that Individuals with mental illness can be rehabilitated back into society and make a recovery however, that doesn't necessarily mean that they will be free of all symptoms related to their mental illness.  Individuals will receive skill development that will assist with the management of these symptoms. Individuals with mental illness can be rehabilitated back into the local community and society with or without the use of medication. At Infinite Beginnigs we treat the whole person not just their mental illness.

What is required for admission to the PSR program?

*Individual must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a mental disorder as primary diagnosis
* Individual's with dual diagnosis accepted
*Therapeutic necessity

What are the PSR program hours?
​Hope House ( Age 18 and up): 730am - 130pm
Club House ( Age 18-29): 130pm - 700pm

What are the PSR program fees?
Insurance company will be contacted for prior approval of services (Medicaid).
The ClubHouse Evening Program
(Mon -Fri 130PM - 700PM)
Infinite Beginnings has implemented an early evening curriculum - based program geared at Adults 18-29 years of age, who are at school, work during the day, or are not early risers but need additional support in the evening times to maintain their safety and mental wellness.
